We have just purchased a couch and love seat from Ideal Home Furnishings, and I was way disappointed in them. Not only did the sales lady lie about when the sale was ending, prompting me to purchase from her right then and there, she also lied about the delivery service. She told us that we had to pick it up ourselves. This was not true. I also feel like she did not know what she was talking about. If anyone else has a microfiber couch out there, tell me, do you have to have it scotch guarded? Any way, then when we get the damn thing, it was broken. The got us a new one right away, but I had no way to get to my house. The service manager brought it out in his personal car (which was really nice), but treated me like crap because he could. I feel like he thought I was taking advantage of them and that I did not deserve to be treated proper. What did it matter, the sale was completed and they did not have to deal with us anymore. Not true. This love seat is not up to my standards. I am making them come out and put more stuffing into the arm. Had he been nice, and this had been painless, I might not have call them back. That will teach them to rude.
